About Joanna

Many years ago, when my children were young, I picked up a paint brush, said a prayer, and attempted to paint for the first time! I literally prayed "Lord, if You'd be willing, I'd really love to be able to paint some roses." The delight that followed is still the same delight I feel when I pick up a brush! I have been enjoying learning hands on ever since! To this day, roses are one of my favorite things to paint!  I am thankful the Lord chose to grant me my request that day as I stood with a preschooler paint brush and Crayola kids paints! It has been a blessing in my life. I hope that my art speaks of the joy I have inside and brings cheer to those who purchase it.
